And I'm fortunate to share this experience with a vibrant group known as the hash house harriers H3. Together, we traverse the countryside, making every hike a celebration of nature and camaraderie.

 


Why do I eagerly anticipate these hikes? Well, apart from the sheer fun of it, hiking boasts an array of health benefits that never fail to amaze me. Dr. Kampert recommends 150 minutes of exercise weekly for good health, and hiking easily fulfills this criterion.
